Turn and cough

As a follow up to my earlier post about presidential candidates & their health plans, I came across this page that had some of the info that I sought. My favorite aspect so far for a proposed plan is Rudy’s goal to “emphasize personal responsibility.” Damn. I guess there’ll be no more drinking & operating a circular saw for me under a Guiliani administration.
